Up to 30 vehicles were damaged during a break-in at the Pickles vehicle auction yard in Alice Springs, with the office building also damaged, NT Police said.

Commander James Gray-Spence did not specify when the business was broken into, referring it to as overnight in a Sunday statement, saying initial reports were that between 20-30 vehicles were damaged at the Brown St yard, with significant damage also to the car yard building.
