The crash occurred on October 27, 2025 on the Arnhem Highway just after 8pm, approximately 19km east of the Stuart Highway intersection and 1km east of the Arnhem Highway and Lambells Lagoon Road intersection.

The female was pronounced dead at the scene, while two male riders, aged 24 and 26 at the time, were airlifted by Careflight to Royal Darwin Hospital.

He was bailed and will face Darwin Local Court on May 6.
