Resources company Tivan has said it has extended by six months a “not to deal’ agreement with the Fyles Government over a plot of land where it might build a minerals processing plant at the controversial proposed Middle Arm industrial area.

In a statement to the Australian Stock Exchange, executive chairman Grant Wilson said he was pleased to advise the company made the six month “not to deal” extension agreement, which underpinned its plan to build the pilot minerals processing plant on the land on the edge of Darwin Harbour.
