The same statement would cover many tax payer funded Aboriginal corporations
Atkins will never truly get justice. Rightfully, she can expect a massive payout, but even then would the NAAJA board learn a lesson. After all, none of them will be held personally accountable financially.
The taxpayer will foot the bill for any payouts. NAAJA should not receive any more public funding, they are a bunch of parasites.
You would think the
local Lawyers (who have been totally stuffed around by NAAJAs incompetence),
community based legal services,
representatives of the Attorney Generals office,
and local politicians
would be making public comments about the diabolical ineptitude of the board at NAAJA!
Darwin being Darwin, and everyone in each others pockets, its total radio silence.
