  1. 1. What are the number of individual independent contractors on ABNs hired on this Northern Territory Government Acacia Digital Patient Record System project and why is this information not reported in the 2024 -2025 Northern Territory State of the Service report of the NT Office of the Commissioner for Public Employment ?

    2. Does the hiring of all these individual independent contractors on ABNs hired on this Northern Territory Government project comply with sections 15AA and 357 of the Fair Work Act (Cth) of the Commonwealth Parliament as explained in the multi-factorial approaches in the Fair Work Commission decisions as follows?

[2025] FWC 3069 Matthew Bull v Rmbl Bxng Bondi Pty Ltd (22 October 2025)

    and

[2025] FWC 2327 An Applicant v The Trustee For New Hopes Trust (11 August 2025)

    3. Are these so called individual independent contractors on ABNs hired on this NT Government project required to pay for their own superannuation and their own workers compensation insurance and if so, why?

    4. What are the number of labour hire employees hired on this Northern Territory Government Acacia Digital Patient Record System project hired by external labour hire firms and why is it not reported in the NTPS State of the Service report and why is this information not in the 2024 -2025 Northern Territory State of the Service report of the NT Office of the Commissioner for Public Employment?

    5. What are the names of and who are these external labour hire firms operating on this Northern Territory Government Acacia Digital Patient Record System project and why are these external labour hire firms not named in the 2024 -2025 Northern Territory State of the Service report of the NT Office of the Commissioner for Public Employment?

    • Are you in any way encouraging the hundreds of burnt out, disillusioned ABN contractors that have fled the NT, that have gone through mental anguish at NTG and the disastrously managed Acacia Project to lodge claims for their individually calculated:
      -Holiday pay,
-All that Over time that was never paid!
-Relocation pay that contractors dont get nut NTPS are entitled to
-Sick Leave which was never taken as the staff where wrongly told they where not entitled to it
and the many other payroll allowances and conditions
they where told they are not entitled to as “not so” independent contractors???

If they dont meet the sections 15AA and 357 of the Fair Work Act (Cth) of the Commonwealth, does that mean the NTG can add a few million to its perpetual multi billion debt?

Burn DCDD and Health to the ground with hundreds of Fair Work Commission claims or a class action!

  2. The Chickens Have Come Home To Roost at NTG!
I subscribed for a year for this one article.

As a former CCRP contractor, I can tell you exactly why scores of interstate Contractors upend their life to move to Darwin, meet with the managers of CCRP, and then depart shortly after.

The contractors who make the mistake of going to the NT have:
    – real-world experience working at one or more large hospitals/large health projects.
    – real-world education from the top 8 universities in Australia.

The local Managers and local staff of these IT projects are:
-local yokals whose only form of getting work is nepotism.
-Very few have any experience of anything outside of growing up in the same suburb as their Manager.
-Very few have “any” qualifications or relevant qualifications.
-If you’re lucky, and I mean lucky, your manager has graduated from the local and
2nd-worst-ranked university in Australia. The quality of the local University educated managers was the worst. Please consider moving the local military bombing range from Delemere Station to Ellengowan Drive, Casuarina.
-Some are the relatives of your god awful politicians. There’s one senior person , a pillock ,at the Data Reporting unit, nobody knows if the politician’s son has any qualifications at all.
There is another politician’s relative on SerPro. Thank God they don’t drug test at SerPro.
-There is a senior IT Manager at Health who was a gardener at Royal Darwin Hospital!
I understand his incompetence is responsible for one of Australia’s largest Work Health payouts (just under half a million in Territory tax dollars).

-There is a gaggle of unqualified OLD Grandma managers in the same data reporting unit
I had the pleasure of interacting with.
Nobody with any talent or skills can progress under the Grand Ma’s Dictatorship!
Some employees moved to the Territory for beneficial Visa purposes, but could not work under one of
the Grannies as she didn’t understand the basics of IT. That poor individual, at significant loss, decided life would be better in Civilisation and got there on a Visa the hard way in NSW.

We are talking about high school-educated managers who “sat” in roles, and due to
“longevity” and “mates”, like feces, they eventually “floated” to the top.

You cannot progress a highly complex project if you have to explain every small
basic concept or technique to the alleged ‘managers’ of the project.

I understand from current staff that the manager at the center of this tragic suicide story
is the relative of the former NT Health CIO who implemented the current embarrassing medical system that CCRP is replacing. Of all the medical systems in over 300 Australian hospitals, the former CIO went and engaged a software firm that never built a medical system in its life. No one in Australia uses the garbage system that they have at NT Health. NT medical outcomes are a direct outcome of that unbelievably bad medical systems.
In true NT Government style, let’s keep it in the family!

I strongly encourage all interstate contractors in the NT to reconsider their presence.

Firstly, the pay is better down here in NSW and Victoria.
Secondarily, the options are plentiful. If you have a substandard manager, you can leave and get another contract elsewhere with relative ease.
Thirdly, you are not checking your pay calculations, as you do in the rip-off NT!
Fourthly, you may not get the Work Experience recognition of working on a highly troubled, in the media a lot project located in the Third World.

Do not ruin your career or your health working for delinquents stuck in the land that time forgot.

I really feel for the friends and family of Shaun Joyce, this is a monumental tragic loss of life.
I also feel for the SEVERAL other suicides in NTG projects who have worked for the biggest drop kicks in Australia.
