24-08-2024 is the time to start draining the swamp, start with Lawler and her clowns then get into the grubs like Kirkman.
“It is necessary to ensure procedural fairness in relation to these”
OCPE standing up for procedural fairness? That’s a first…
I hope the CLP clean out all those CEO stooges after they take government. I worked for a real dud who openly called people homophobic if they criticised his decisions. Good day when he departed the Public Service.
Are you kidding? Look at the CLP candidates, they will be surgically attached to the CEO of their portfolio for a year trying to understand the enormity of what they have been handed.
And speaking of looking at the CLP candidates? Where is the Port Darwin Candidate? Have not seen her campaigning in Larrakeyah in 5 weeks. The Red Shirt Labor equivalent is everywhere.
Procedural fairness for who? Sounds like a delaying tactic to me.
Surely procedural fairness would be a swift and proper response to end the matter and properly deal with those at fault.
“Mr Kirkman hired a private investigator to conduct ongoing surveillance of the female employee for nine months”
How much did that cost the taxpayers?
Add that figure to the awarded legal costs!
The conduct of the NTPS is terrible and needs to be cleaned up. The CLP should be kicking goals themselves from this home goal. Please CLP, take the lead and become an opposition party. Presently the NT’s opposition is led by the NT Indy and Katie Wolf. CLP take this lead and commit to improving this breach of conduct if elected.
