A free youth event will be held on Wednesday at the Darwin Waterfront lagoon, and will include touch football, swimming, as well as dance.

Called LAUNCH@TheBeach, and themed ‘Sport For Fun, to event will have activities including a circuit, and a team competition with ball sports, water games and more and is run in partnership with Corrugated Iron, Surf Life Saving NT, NRL NT, Touch Football NT, and Steph Spillet from Tracks Dance Company.

The event runs from 2pm until 6pm, and is part of the City of Darwin youth program. Kids are reminded to bring enclosed shoes, swimmers, a hat and a water bottle.
