Three solar power stations built four years ago were finally connected to the grid late last year, but two are still unable to generate power to the grid, with the other one providing only 25 per cent of its capacity, while the Lawler Government will not say when they will be operating at full capacity or if it is in talks to purchase the solar farms.
Sky News reported this week the solar power stations at Manton Dam, Batchelor, and Katherine were connected to the Darwin-Katherine electricity system late last year, but two were not yet providing power, while the other was running at just a quarter of capacity.
How much in govt subsidies did these solar farms receive? Did the NT govt “shift” the goal posts after signing off on these projects? According to ENI, the demands of the govt are “unreasonable”.

Could it be incompetency from PAWA staff who cant plan for any changes in their ageing and failing network?
Power supply is so unstable that PAWA are now seeking to pay commercial PV providers NOT TO supply. Got to love the mess we have been conned into. People making making for not provide.
