Well I don’t have a “Smart” meter at my place and I’m still waiting for a month to get my bill. And when nobody comes to read it, PWC just do an estimated read which can be over 120% more than the actual meter reading.November-February quarter I was billed $1043 for 2 people with an energy-saving house and 44solar panels and a 23 Kw battery installed. I’ve never had a bill that big even without the solar and had two teenage kids +parents. I pointed this out to Jacana who reduced the estimated amount down to $400. That’s huge over-charge by a govt agency – my opinion.
