A 73-year-old man was allegedly robbed of money and his walker by a group of males and females in the early hours of Tuesday morning, NT Police said.
Police are currently calling for witnesses to the alleged robbery that happened around 2:45am in a carpark on Smith Street.
The man was approached by an “unknown group of males and females” in the carpark and had his money and walker taken. The police later located the walker nearby.
“This was a cowardly attack on a vulnerable member of the community,” said Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Bland.
“Detectives are currently reviewing CCTV to identify possible offenders.
