The Lawler Government is currently assessing what information it publicly releases through a secret review that it has provided little information on and refuses to answer questions about.

It remains unclear who is overseeing the unannounced review into the Information Act, how that person was appointed, why and when the review was undertaken, its terms of reference, why it wasn’t publicly announced, as well as when it will be completed and why there has been no public consultation as part of the process.
