Education is the key. If people continue to access dangerous habitats, these tragedies will continue.
Education is not the key! A broad view is the key! It certainly includes education but also includes how culling, hunting (tourism), commercial harvesting, balance of the eco system, our economy, family trauma, and more are incorporated.
