Darwin-based Roof Power Pty Ltd will face court after it chose to contest an infringement notice issued by NT WorkSafe, the workplace regulator said.
NT WorkSafe issued Roof Power a $3,640 infringement notice after one of the safety watchdog’s inspectors observed a roofer standing near the edge of a two-meter-high roof without any fall protection in April last year.
