I fail to see why the chief justice has failed to shut down this inquest that appears to be nothing other than an attempted replay of the Supreme Court case.
From the very outset the inquest has been more interested in shaming police lower ranks than determining what actions and decisions by senior police and in particular the actions of the OIC of police at Yuendumu. If racism is a consideration it should also be applied in regards to the stabbing and other incidents prior to the shooting. It was always an option for community leaders to assist police in apprehending Walker.
A huge farce and total waste of taxpayers money.
Question: Are their only Two Journalists in the NT?
Only two that the NT Gov allow anyone to speak to! Likely both at NT State funded media NTNews, or one of them a friend of Gunners wife from the ABC
