  1. Although overdue this is a good initiative and both the federal and NT governments should be congratulated. There are compelling related questions that should be answered in the public interest- how much did each appeal cost, who recommended it, and who approved?

  2. Essential training for all communities is required.
    How to turn a tap off after use.

    • I have been to places where garden taps are left running and the water pressure was so low that you had to shower under a trickle of water. There are plenty of homes in other than Aboriginal communities without reticulated water
