The Finocchiaro CLP Government has announced a major shake-up of the public service that will see the number of departments expand from 12 to 18, with two departmental chief executives losing their jobs, and others being rotated around.
Karen Weston, the chief executive of the Department of Education is gone, as is Health Department chief executive Marco Briceno, although it appears he will remain as a frontline doctor. Under Treasurer Craig Graham, who has been in the role since 2016 and has overseen the debt climb to nearly $11 billion, has been moved to a “strategic advisory role to support the development” of the Middle Arm industrial precinct.

Andrew Kirkman still a head of department ??? WTF!
Was thinking the same.

He should have been dumped!!
