  3. Plenty of dead wood swinging the lead to get rid of,

  4. ‘“They are also proposing to remove checks and balances like giving the Commissioner for Public Employment the power to make determinations inconsistent with the enterprise agreement and removing the requirement to seek agreement from unions when making changes to industrial instruments like determinations.’

~Why bother having an EA then?
Sounds like a Territory Coordinator-lite is what she’s after.

‘Mr Villegas added that the current moves contradict an election promise the Finocchiaro CLP Government made that there would be no job losses for public servants.’

~Sounds like exactly what they did to the Police – they don’t care about promises they made with the public servants to get into power. Promises mean nothing to them and they’re laughing at all the hard working Government employees who thought they’d keep theirs.

‘and give affected employees earlier certainty.’

~aka you’ll know you’re being sacked earlier for blowing the whistle.

‘“The NT Government remains committed to a strong, capable public service’

~ROTFLMAO – Unless of course you’re the NT Police then it’s a big fat FU to the Boys In Blue.

~This is another tool of retaliation to keep you in line, to keep you looking the other way while corruption and abuse of office continues, in constant fear of your job and of being able to pay your mortgage.

~Greg Shamahan and his wife, Andrew Kirkman and his wife, LiaRs’ family through Sam Burke, Alastair Shields and his wife and all their mates have hoovered up all the spare cash doing fake jobs and being on every Board and Committee they can get their greedy sweaty paws on, and which offers business class flights and high end hotel stays for their meetings.
    Cha-ching!

~In between those junkets, Alastair and Attorney General Marie-Clare Boothby are lording it up on the corporate box expense accounts as guests of the industries they’re supposed to be regulating and controlling for the good of the electorate, remember them?
    Cha-ching!

~Those public servants and their mates will be sitting pretty as millionaires with huge property portfolios, thankyou very much.
    Cha-ching!

~Sorry people, no spare cash left for the hard working employees I’m afraid.

~While you struggle to pay your bills and send your kids to daycare and school, remember those beautiful big pearly white teeth in Sam Burke’s photos as he and wife Lia laugh all the way to the bank off your redundancies while he gets paid Higher Duties Allowances for years and years by his mate Alastair Shields for doing SFA.
    Cha-ching!

~Nice work if you can get/keep it.

~Another glass of champagne, darling? Cheers everyone.
