  1. Ruth Palmer is an ALP staffer previously working for Delia Lawrie & got the Property Council job due to ALP connections with LM Kon Vatskalis so all decisions are kept within the ALP Cult. Forget about rate-payers & their wishes /needs because it is about manipulating the system. Then both LM Vatskalis & Ruth Palmer get interviewed by Katie Woolf with easy-peasy questions & that’s how the secretive deals are done. Quite ingenious, bad for rate-payers as rates are spent in secret with consultation.

    • Jane – what rubbish! Ruth Palmer was selected 10 years ago as Executive Director of the Property Council by a panel of local and interstate members and executives because she was a great candidate for the job, as she has shown for the past 10 years), not because of her previous employment as an ALP staffer or because her relationship (if any) to Kon Vatskalis who at the time had resigned from parliament and had not yet been elected to CoD.
