The fantastic cohort of humanity who live in a alcohol stupor are now paying house visits on any random house to get their fix.
Whilst its anecdotal evidence, when I confronted some remote kids breaking into my house, they apologized and said they wanted cigarettes and alcohol….and then went on a fabulous spending spree with my credit cards!
Nothing will happen until some incident occurs to a MLA or a Minister! There was a example stated by a former Treasury Official where a Minister (of Health i think) brought his son in to RDH Accident and Emergency and was shocked by the quality of the treatment and state of A&E. We need the Ministers to be experience and be aware of the granular details of their responsibilities and not be fed “Everything is under control Minister” statements by Departmental Executives!
