  1. Its official!!
The NT Government can not coordinate a prosecution (or a picnic) against a Sydney based Solicitor!

Congratulations to the Attorney Generals Department for hiring all their family and friends into well remunerated positions!
When in trouble, google a Sydney based Solitictor, the local yokal Lawyers don’t have the skills or experience.

  2. So an investigation without interviewing the suspect is a good investigation?

  3. Reminds one of the judicial system in The ACT. What is it with Governance and Australian Territories? Whatever it is – it’s embarrassing!

    • Form a circle and point to the person next in line. One of them stuffed it up or all of them!

  4. The Gwyne Legal Technique:
Interview every Senior Public Servant and ask how their kids, wives, neighbors got jobs in the very same Department.
You cannot prosecute someone when the same issue is rife in the Public Service.

    • Gotta love the NT way – ‘I did it because everyone else does it’. That is not a legal defence but gee it works for the senior public servants daily.

I reckon DPP tanked it to save many higher ups from the embarrassing truth.

  5. Don’t worry Territorians, the good old tax payer will pick up the tab. Just a bit more incompetence we see daily that we all pay for.
