Police investigating crime spree from northern suburbs to rural area overnight

NT Police are investigating “a number” of unlawful entries across the Greater Darwin region overnight, after a car was stolen in Alawa and later used to break into two service stations and steal liquor from a licenced premises.

It is believed that some time before 4am, a blue Toyota was stolen from a home on Scriven Street in Alawa before being used to break into a service station on Virginia Road, another service station in Roseberry and a licenced premises on the Stuart Highway in Berrimah.

“Police are urging anyone with information, particularly if you have dash cam footage, to make contact on 131 444. Please quote reference 10103352,” said Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Bland.
