Several 3D-printed firearms and silencers, as well as 3D-printed ammunition and magazines, were seized during a joint police raid at a Nhulunbuy property this week as part of a wider investigation cracking down on privately manufactured firearms, police said.

Search warrants were executed at the property on October 13 and again on December 10, resulting in the seizure of “several” 3D-printed firearms and associated components, police said, including gel blasters, metal and gel ball bearings, a bayonet, a laser-sight attachment, silencers and other additional privately manufactured firearms (PMFs) parts.
