  1. So now Paul Arnold is acting like a City of Darwin litigious bully like LM Kon Vatskalis who along with Simone Saunders CEO is threatening & intimidating an elected Councillor Amye Un? There is a cultural problem when lazy ex councillors are gifted grants whilst under DV allegations. Nearly one woman a week is killed in Australia by the hands of male perpetrators so perhaps Arnold should concentrate on his case & reputation rather than threatening many tax-payers who are disgusted their money is funding his lifestyle. NTG Grant process is broken.

  2. Always going to be a bit suss when someone in that position gets Government grants. But hey it is the Territory so anything can go on without explanation.
