Police are investigating after an unmarked police vehicle collided with the rear of a motorcycle in Palmerston on Monday morning, sending the motorcyclist to hospital, while an officer was subjected to a breathalyser, NT Police said.
The collision occurred at the Driver Avenue and Temple Terrace intersection, with police stating the collision occurred “at low speed”.
The officer involved refused to give his details to the rider. The rider contacted police and asked for the officers details which they refused to provide.
How are you supposed to get insurance when you can not supply the other drivers details?
