Darwin Directors’ Breakfast: Board Tenure, Structure and Renewal
Having the right people around the boardroom table is critical to the effectiveness of a board and an organisation’s success.
The requirements and composition of a board will change and evolve over time. Boards should have adequate strategies in place to respond to gaps created by the natural rotation of directors, or more unexpected events that require the implementation of a swift but smooth succession plan.
Join us at this Directors’ Breakfast to hear insights from leading Australian Directors on recommended tenure terms and how to navigate a board renewal process whilst managing conflict, CEO succession planning for the board when tenure has expired, or the board needs to go in a new direction.
