The NT Government awarded 23 tenders to a total value of almost $9 million in the last week, including $636,000 to Halikos Hospitality for accommodation for the Department of Health, a contract that was not put to open tender.
The largest contract was $4.9 million to supply, deliver and install PWC fabricated items for power services for 36 months, which was divided into six payments of $822,000, awarded to six different businesses. The largest amount of money awarded to one business was almost $1.6 million to Ostojic Group for stage three construction of a new campsite, day-use area and associated 4WD access tracks in Litchfield National Park’s Central Valley area.
In total, 23 contracts worth $8.9 million were awarded to NT based businesses, and one contract worth $15,000 went to a non-local business.
