    We have just returned from an ill timed 7 week trip out of the Territory to Tasmania via the Eastern States (who knew ?) – below is what fuel cost us, on our very quick trip back home via South Australia… would love someone to ask the service station in Erldunda how they justified their $4.00 diesel prices ….

    26/3/2026 – Mt Gambier to Port Wakefield 486 km and 97 Lt fuel – $3.17
    27/3/2026 – Port Wakefield to Glendambo 482 km and 89 Lt fuel – $3.14
    27/3/2026 – Glendambo to Cooper Pedy 246 km and 49 Lt fuel – $3.50
