Residential and non-residential construction in the Territory increased by 2.8 per cent to $882 million in the last quarter of 2022, the latest data from the Australia Bureau of Statistics show.

The NT posted the second biggest increase in the value of building work done among all jurisdictions, which ranged from a decline of 9.1 per cent in Tasmania to a rise of 3.1 per cent in Victoria.
