Wulagi supermarket owner Vinay Madasu and his company are facing legal action after the Fair Work Ombudsman accused the company of owing a worker more than $68,000 in back pay.

The action was launched after an Indian national casual retail assistant reported that he was being underpaid while working at the store between February 2020 and August 2021.
