A plan to construct an affordable public housing complex on the old Asti Hotel site in Larrekayh has been replaced with a new application for a multi-level residential development, the media has reported.
Town planning company Cunnington Rosse, and Joondanna Investments, lodged a new project application for the multi-level residential development on Smith Street in Larrakeyah, the NT News reported.
