  1. So we can expect vote sweeteners for the next 9 months!

Gunner’s vote sweetner “Everyone can Have Pets” rule, has now exploded in a lot of tennants faces, as Landlords say no to pet owners!!
This is not only a incompetent government, its a desperate government!

    • I read through the legislation for applying for pets. It is very poorly drafted. Having pets myself, after reading the legislation I decided I had no option but to buy my own place. The Victorian legislation providing tenants with the right to have pets considered is much better drafted. But then again the Victorian Labor government (with all their faults) is a lot more competent than this one.

      • That’s a one eyed view – same, same but different…. watch the investment properties be sold – less rentals…. good move by the clowns – not….

  2. Pets are fine, but the landlord has the last say. It’s not your property, it’s mine!
