Nepotism and Cronyism, if you cant work it out!
Top jobs went to people who should not be allowed in the building, but due to similiar DNA Selection Criteria and favours owed for jobs given a decade ago, the management all stars killed the project!
InterSystems (the maker of what the NT calls ‘Acacia’) rolled out their systems all over the world, then they made the mistake of tendering for a project in the backward, corrupt and talentless Northern Territory! Its happily being used overseas in hundreds of hospitals. Why was RDH, a backward 3rd rate hospital, so hard to get the system implemented?

Let’s see the DCDD Heads roll starting with the fat cats named in the report. ICT projects have to have a symbiotic relationship between business practitioners and IT propeller heads. That requires good leadership and no agendas, coupled with tight projection management and robust field testing.

Until we genuinely deal with the substandard governance in the Northern Territory and we stamp out excessive secrecy and actually have genuine transparency and we stop deluding ourselves with excessive superficiality, the Northern Territory will never succeed and reach its potential.
Does the hiring of all these individual independent contractors on ABNs hired on this Northern Territory Government project comply with sections 15AA and 357 of the Fair Work Act (Cth) of the Commonwealth Parliament as explained in the multi-factorial approaches in the Fair Work Commission decisions as follows?
