Deputy Chief Minister Nicole Manison will be flying overseas on a taxpayer-funded trade mission to India soon, the state media reported, but provided no estimated costs for the voyage.
The NT News revealed Ms Manison and “at least one staffer” will go to India next month for meetings with “international airlines” while also reportedly building “trade ties” and to “lure nurses” from India.
Are they getting all they can before they leave office? Maybe they think they can throw money at overseas business with the illusion of building our economy.
