A man suffered serious injuries in a hit-and-run in Palmerston, NT Police has said.

Detective Senior Sergeant Karl Day said in a statement police were looking for information about the 28-year-old man being hit on Elrundie Avenue, Palmerston, about midnight on Wednesday.
