A 28-year-old man has suffered a suspected punctured lung after being shot in the chest with an arrow in Wadeye early Thursday morning, NT Police said.

Police director of communications Mark Wilton said the man went to the Wadeye Health Clinic just before 4am following the alleged attack near the town’s main oval.
