Alice Springs is set to receive a major infrastructure upgrade for a new four-way signalised intersection at Schwarz Crescent, connecting to Smith Street and the Stuart Highway, as part of a joint government tender.

This project will be funded by the Federal Labor Government and the NT CLP Government, which aims to improve safety and connectivity and enhance traffic flow between the eastern suburbs and the town centre.
