Interesting article in The Australian on Friday, with Santos going to the Federal Court asking for information from the Environmental Defenders Office, regarding their involvement against the gas pipeline near the Tiwi Islands.
The article states that Justice Charlesworth said the EDO’s actions amounted to coaching of Indigenous witnesses and “confection“.
That comes as no surprise, not only in this matter but when there are other issues in the NT that some lobby groups are trying to push. Some sections of the media should also take note.
