A stolen Mercedes motorhome discovered in a Darwin CBD street with ammunition inside led NT Police to uncovering meth, a fake firearm and stolen IDs and bank cards belonging to more than 50 victims.

Police said Strike Force Trident and general duties officers noticed ammunition inside the recovered stolen motorhome on Litchfield Street in Darwin City around 9:30am, Wednesday morning, leading to a “lawful search” of the vehicle and a 59-year-old’s Cavanagh Street hotel room.
