Dear 2023 NTG ALP Treasurer & DIPL Minister Eva Lawler
Firstly, I feel offended, that you are offended, NT Tax-payers are being kept in the dark & treated like ‘village idiots’, regarding where their taxes are being spent due to yourself and Ministers hiding behind ‘NT Cabinet in Confidence’ misinformation? If NT Cabinet was so confident why was the 2016-21 NTG DCM CEO Jodie Ryan in attendance during all 2016-2021 NTG ALP CM Michael Gunner cabinet meetings? Especially as NTG DIPL CEO Andrew Kirkman, Ms Ryans twin, collaborated between NTG agency elites? Conflict of interest?
Secondly, if NTG CEO DIPL Andrew Kirkman is Missing in Action (MIA) is he also contributing to the following NTG Statutory Boards and receiving renumeration?
2023 DARWIN WATERFRONT CORPORATION BOARD (Annual Payment=4 meetings per year $80,000 Chair & $45,000 =$360,00)
Richard Fejo (Chair)
Alastair Shields Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Jodie Ryan (ex 2016-21 NTG DCM CEO)
Andrew Kirkman (2016-2023 NTG DIPL CEO)
Charles Burkitt NT Red Cross CEO many years
Jacqueline Jennings
Timothy McManus
Kelvin Costello
This 2021/2022 DWC board oversaw $24 million funnelled through the DWC accounts which included 260 Toga Waterfront Wharf One & Two municipals levies @ $1,503.00 annually plus DWC deduct a percentage of body corporate rates in secret? Again a lack of NTG transparency whilst the crown land should be incorporated under the municipality of the Darwin Town Council for residents to have a democratic vote to understand who is on a governing board & how levies/rates are spent.
Thirdly, Mr Kirkman is listed on the Darwin Port Members Board whilst the Darwin Port is overseen by the CCP for 99 years where $506m went missing in NTG General Revenue whilst Jodie Ryan was the 2015 NTG Under Treasurer? Also Ms Lawler you have neglected Waterfront Wharf 2 Toga Parkside/Quayside residents complaints who live over the road from Lots10177 & 10178 gifted to the CCP in 2015 to build a $200,000m hotel by conmen 2013-16 NTG CLP CM Adam Giles & Lands Minister Dave Tollner) which remains an ugly construction area yet residents pay high body corporate levies, $10,000.00 annually, to live in a tourist precinct.
Please stop the propaganda, secrecy & lies to work for the betterment of local communities as you have forgotten your remit. This is a written letter in public as many letters over 5 years to NTG ALP Ministers Electorate offices who fail to respond, worse still, some emails may be blacklisted via NTG DICS.
Regards
NT Waterfront Tourist Precinct Community Member
“Infrastructure Minister Eva Lawler”, best 4 words that anyone at Department of Education has ever heard!
And she’s a teacher!
Those suffering public servants at Dept Infrastructure under Kirkman and Lawler, deserve a pay rise or valium or both.
