Is anyone surprised by the PFES Boys Club??
“Of the most negative responses, 52 per cent of respondents said the agency was not a safe place for people to speak up about, or challenge, the way things were done; 52 per cent said recruitment and promotion was not based on merit; 48 per cent said the organisation did not fairly consider staff recommendations about how to operate better; while 44 per cent said senior managers did not make timely decisions, and 43 per cent said they did not believe senior managers kept staff informed about what is going on.”
