Grants of up to $15,000 for GP registrars willing to relocate to the Northern Territory in the first training term next year, and stay for at least six months, are being put up by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
RACGP’s initiative totalling $100,000, is aimed at increasing GPs and GPs-in-training in the NT to try and overcome the poor numbers in the jurisdiction’s remote areas.
