Very very confusing. One has to wonder why this was outsourced at all. Other highly specialised medical equipment isn’t.

You have no chance of being elected to the Senate. It’s a foregone ‘stitch-up’ by both Labor and the coalition. Two spots; one each. You need a quota to be elected (34% of the primary vote). Once a candidate reaches their quota (e.g., Nigel Scullion), any excess is handed over (Nova Peris) to Labor to get them over the line.
