The mothers of FASD children should be sent to jail forever!
Forever is the lifespan of the affliction the Child will suffer from FASD.
Forever is the time period the community will suffer from FASD in terms of crime and all the other stupid stuff these people will do.
As someone who knows a FASD person, there is not enough money in the the world to look after these people.
The only solution to FASD is prevention via education of the mothers and i hope one day, extreme jail sentences! You cannot fix it later!
What a town we live in. There is no justice in this place.
