South Australia space company Equatorial Launch Australia says it plans to spend $100 million to upgrade its rocket launch facilities in Arnhem Land over the next few years, but has blasted the Federal Government for cancelling a $30 million grant from its latest budget.

“I’m going to change our company motto to ‘we will be successful despite you’,” ELA chief executive Michael Jones said.
