These Kirkmans, Shields, Burke, Finnochiaro ALPCLP shenanigans are a most putrid, pungent stench that remains lingering at the nostrils of integrity, public trust and disgraceful compliance!

Long time CLP supporter Noel Lands daughter Katie has been gifted a role “Ministerial advisor” at apparently $250000 a year! Her credentials do not justify such a position but good old Lia Finnochiaro may have sorted that minor issue out!
The hole ALPCLP shit show of corruption and disgrace is now being seen for all to view and the sadness is TERRITORIANS ARE THE SUFFERING!

It is time the white collar corruption through the 2015-25 Darwin Waterfront Corporation Management & Board is highlighted as these networked school friends & strategic NTG members are using approximately 270 Toga apartment body corporate levies deceptively? Continual special levies are constantly added, insurance kickbacks were gifted to the 2015-18 Principle Chairperson (Parkside & Quayside) $20m Public Liability Insurance Contract whilst signing off inaccurate accounts.
Lia Finnochiaro’s husband Sam Burke, Alastair Shields, Andrew & Susan Kirkman, Charles Burkett failed legislation as the 2023/24 DWC Annual Report was not publically accessible until 29/1/2025 where owners found out $31million is being funnelled through accounts yet nothing much changes. Where is all the money being spent?
It’s time the 2006 DWC Act was rescinded & Waterfront crown land be put under the City of Darwin municipality so owners can vote for councillors to be consulted with. This will end the $380,000.00 paid to the board & investigate who is on the board spending tax-payer money. City of Darwin Civic Centre is only located 400m away from the DWC office. Stop wasting tax payer money.

The Darwin Waterfront Corporation should be revoked and the Waterfront Precinct crown land should be transferred back to the Darwin City Council municipality.
