This is not anti development stance ala Lee Point, this is Zero consultation by a elected officials who know they wont have a job next election!

This will be a medium to longer term business failure with the hapless rate -payers who have been kept largely in the dark, having to foot the bill. The risk associated with the project has been placed on the ratepayers by the proponents of the development which proceeds in doubtful circumstances. Sound familiar regarding governance arrangements in the NT? By the way, where are the usually vocal Greens in this development. Gone bush when needed?
WHAT a place the Territory has become, a place where ordinary citizens have to engage lawyers to correct injustice and non-compliant actions from the very agencies that should be enforcing compliance, procedural fairness and best practice!.
