  1. Only 2 days ago someone was punched by a neighbour in his own place, rang police and waited. An hour later after another phone call to police he came back with a friend and bashed him. Went to hospital and waited 7 hours to see a doctor then admitted overnight. Went to police station to follow up and make a statement. Police not at fault for not attending, Hospital not at fault for long delays. The government needs to look at what its core responsibilities are.
