The NT Police brass claimed five weeks ago it had referred a criminal complaint against a senior detective who investigated Zach Rolfe to the anti-corruption commissioner, however the NT Independent can confirm the ICAC is not investigating the matter and has put it back on police.
Mr Rolfe’s lawyer Luke Officer filed the complaint with Acting Commissioner Michael Murphy in June, accusing Senior Sergeant Wayne Newell of interfering in the evidence of an expert witness in the Rolfe murder case and withholding evidence that was favourable to Mr Rolfe’s defence.

Who in there right mind wants to work in a Club like PFES?
To scared to investigate in case others are implicated.

NT ICAC is a steaming hot mess of you know what!
$24 million dollars spent on it so far and ZERO, i repeat ZERO runs on the board, just as it was designed to do!
Congratulations to Mr Ritchies on running a scandal plagued, dysfunctional taxpayer funded mess that hands whistleblowers complaints directly back to the Department that is doing the wrong doing!!! Guess what happens to the whistleblower?
They move south due to the retribution.
