  1. Good old fashion Junket. These two parties may as well be one. Did Kon join them? Can you imagine if you did this in private industry.     Ex Darwin people living in Singapore are adamant they have never hard of Sun Cable! They have heard of a Vietnamese firm offering to put acres of floating Solar panels adjacent to Singapore.

  3. Possibly, this trip is to obtain a quote for a few million solar panels for a hydrogen plant at Gove.
