Over the past 12 months the Northern Territory economy only grew by one (1) per cent and the Northern Territory only achieved a population growth of only 1.3 per cent whilst in the Northern Territory Public Service in the past 12 months, one in every four employees finished up working in the Northern Territory Public Service which is not a turn over rate to be proud of. The results are underwhelming.
